Interdisciplinary integration in the process of training of economists

Abstract

Professional education is intended to solve a complex set of diverse tasks related to the training of future professionals who are ready to participate in the modern European labor market, to be mobile and to generate their knowledge in practical activities in the chosen field of study. The purpose of the article is to study the issue of interdisciplinary integration in the process of training economists as well as the modular organization of training through the selection of disciplinary units that can enhance professional competence, and most importantly realize the level of knowledge in the future mobility and versatility of economists in the future. The methodological basis of the study consists of general scientific principles and methods of conducting scientific research, the provisions of economic science, set forth in the works of leading foreign and domestic scientists. The following methods were used in the work: analysis and generalization of domestic experience of existing positions and approaches, theoretical and methodological bases for pedagogical work in the field of training specialists-economists; system analysis; synthesis; classifications. The practical significance of the results obtained is the possibility of settling modern approaches in the construction of a consistent and complete implementation of the organic interconnection of various disciplines with the goal of forming students the ability to independently solve situational problems using knowledge of economics. The scientific novelty of the research is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles of introducing approaches to modernizing the practical training of economists as an element of the modular and substantive organization of learning units. An important issue is the study of the creation of integrated educational disciplines or integrated courses. Subsequently, the issue of developing interdisciplinary integration in the training of personnel will make it possible to increase the general level of professional competence of students in the field of economics in the field of economic specialties, as well as work on the prospect of securing knowledge and skills for obtaining them on a long-term basis.
