Training of specialists of the civil protection service in higher education institutions with specific educational conditions: psychological and pedagogical aspect

Abstract

The article discusses the definitions of training, higher education institutions with specific learning conditions and other concepts that make up the conceptual and categorical apparatus of research. The ways of effective formation of readiness of future civil protection service specialists at the stage of vocational training in higher educational institutions of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations for official activity are revealed. Analyzed are the positions of a number of scientists on the problem of training future officers-specialists for professional activities - the civil protection service. The study of the problem makes it possible to conclude that it is necessary to single out such factors of a specialist training model: first, in modern conditions, higher education institutions are required to prepare a specialist for active life and successful communication in a dynamic and controversial social environment. Secondly, it is necessary to take into account that in modern conditions, when the period of obtaining knowledge has decreased to 3-5 years, the personal values of applicants, their ideals and norms of professional activity, and often the purpose of professional training of an applicant, change. And thirdly, modern computer skills significantly speed up, facilitate and contribute to the success of professional tasks, reveal the creative potential of the applicant, therefore, the modern system of vocational training should be directed to the training of a specialist capable of non-standard thinking, creative activity. We consider promising areas for further scientific research to develop recommendations on how to shape the readiness of future civil defense officers to professional activities for the system of self-education and distance learning.
