Abstract
The article substantiates the basic scientific approaches to the formation of professional and personal experience of a specialist in musical art. It is stressed that the formation of professional and personal experience of the future teacher-musician in the context of a personally oriented approach requires a special system for assessing the effectiveness of student learning, which would reflect the level of formation of reflexive value attitude towards them in the development of musical and pedagogical activities and to himself as a future professional, the development of personal the meaning of the learned knowledge of scientifically grounded ways, means of achieving the vertices of pedagogical and performing arts, creativity, professionalism, determination of personal desire for self-perfection and enrichment of its professional and creative potential. The modernization of the education system in Ukraine requires the solution of the problems of the formation of harmoniously developed, highly skilled specialists in the field of music, able to freely orient themselves in the contradictions of the modern world, to show a high level of professionalism, to define ways of personal and creative development, self-development and self-realization, spiritual and aesthetic and professional improvement, effective professional activity at the level of world standards. An ontological approach in the context of our research provides the opportunity to dynamically analyze and evaluate the quality of continuous teacher training of music teacher depending on the context of the educational environment, which is constantly changing under the influence of external and internal factors, as well as to choose the most appropriate strategies aimed at improving the quality of the formation of professional and personal experience. a teacher of musical art. It is proved that the competence approach is dominant in determining potential directions of innovative development of the system of continuous professional training of a specialist in musical art.
