Dynamics of indicators of physical health of students after introduction of methodical system of fitness technologies

Abstract
At the present stage of the development of higher pedagogical education, the state of health and the level of physical fitness of students are of particular relevance, which is due to limited motor activity, large volume of educational load, inappropriate nutrition, violation of the sleep and rest regimen, and the presence of negative emotional states. This is conditioned by deterioration of health, lowering the level of physical fitness and physical capacity of student youth. The level of physical health of students is an integral indicator of harmonious development, reflection of the physical, mental and social status, a powerful factor in the formation of a healthy lifestyle, since health is a state characterized by complete social, biological and mental well-being of a person. The purpose of the paper is to determine the dynamics of physical health indicators of students after the introduction of the methodical system of fitness technologies. The pursuit of scientific research involves the use of theoretical and empirical methods. Theoretical: study and analysis of pedagogical, psychological, methodical literature, curriculum, curriculum and normative documents; synthesis; generalization. Empirical: observation of the educational process of physical education, interviews with teachers and trainers, who conduct physical education sessions provided by the curriculum and sectional exercises in the free time of study. In the article the dynamics of physical health indicators of students after introduction of methodical system of fitness technologies is investigated. It was determined that after introduction of the methodical system of fitness technologies in the educational process of physical education of students there was a significant improvement of the level of physical health, indicating the reliable effectiveness of the use of fitness technologies. Experimental data showed that students who have a high level of physical fitness do not miss academic training, are disciplined and noted with diligence in teaching, are positively attached to the educational process of physical education and are pleased to attend additional classes, take part in sports and mass sports and physical education, recreational activities. The scientific novelty of the research results is that the theoretical and methodical principles of the use of fitness technologies in classes on physical education of students in institutions of higher pedagogical education have been determined and substantiated. In general, the level of physical preparedness of men and women of experimental groups who studied methodical system of application of fitness technologies during experimental training is significantly higher in comparison with control groups. During the formative pedagogical experiment students identified a number of shortcomings that were taken into account and eliminated in the educational process to improve the level of physical fitness of students. Methodical system of application of fitness technologies has been constantly improved during experimental work, in particular the level of physical preparedness of students was taken into account, individual and differentiated approaches to physical training of students were applied.
