Training of light industry specialists in European countries: bibliographic dimension

Abstract

The article deals with the historical and pedagogical aspects of training the light industry specialists in European countries, and the countries of Western and Central Europe in particular. The focus has been made on the problematics of training the light industry specialists, which is caused by the dynamic processes of social development, closely connected with the rapid changes in the quantitative characteristics of national education systems, the formation of a new conceptual approaches to the organization, content and teaching methods, conceptual development of continuing education delivered by the European centers for the development of training at production accompanied by methodological principles, etc. The scientific approaches to the problem of professional training and historical and pedagogical development have been analyzed. Studied scientific works, in which the development of higher technical education in different countries have been analyzed, depending on the global problems of the present, information and technological revolution, a complex of interrelated socio-economic and educational factors. It has been revealed that to the basic principles of professional education we include: intellectualization, continuous qualification upgrade via different forms of vocational training, morality in professional training of the employees, qualification components. It has been emphasized that the main factors influencing professional training are: the content of vocational education, which is determined by social requirements in preparation, and is reflected in the specialties‘ qualification characteristics, and structural analysis of the professional training content. It has been concluded that the main problematics of training the light industry specialists abroad include: use of information technologies in modern professional training, taking into account the emotional and aesthetic factor of future professional activity, and improvement of educational content for training the modern light industry specialists.
