Abstract

The research aims to find out the impact of some of the internal environment factors for the organization : (Organizational Structure, and Organizational Culture ) on the organizational loyalty for employees at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza. (149) employees ,which is a random sample was distributed for (108) the identification of the respondents surveyed . So the researcher using analytical descriptive method, as well as advanced statistical tools to test hypotheses of the research. The most important results of research : There is a clear impact for the nature of the organizational structure and organizational culture prevailing together, on the organizational loyalty of the administrative staff at the university , as well as , Moreover, lack of differences between individuals in the sample examined, in the effect of environmental factors on internal organizational loyalty according to the number of personal variables (Gender, Age, Educational qualifications, Years of experience) An important recommendations of research : An interesting in an improving all elements of the internal work environment at Al-Aqsa University ? Gaza . to give a positive impact on the organizational loyalty for employees , Besides work on handling the professional reasons that lead to improve the organizational climate conditions and affect positively on the organizational loyalty for employees.
