Preparation of future economists to the law support of professional activitiy

The article deals with the basic concepts and categories of legal support in the sphere of professional activity. Theoretical analysis of the legal culture personality role in the conditions of democratization and humanization at the system of higher education and features of reflection in its structure of the content in legal education and upbringing is carried out. The author pays particular attention to the construction of a didactic model for the preparation of future economists to the legal provision in professional activities. The first structural component is defined by the awareness of the activity and personal position of the economist as the organizer and the leader that is underlined. The second component is related to the change of functions and methods of structuring knowledge about the organization in the process of their assimilation. The third component is associated with highlighting the social nature of any student. Approaches to the profession-pedagogical training of future economists are considered. The author reveals the concept and gives a description of the legal competence of future specialists in the economy. According to our study, the training of future economists in the legal provision of their professional activities in higher education institutions has a positive effect not only on the formation of their personal legal culture, but also on the level of professional readiness for the transfer and use of their own experience in assimilating this culture into a sphere of production. The article focuses on the fact that knowledge – is not only information, but also a proven practice of the result of a person's knowledge of reality. The expediency of understanding the legal competence as an important integrative personality-professional quality, the basis of which is the knowledge of the person and his experience of behavior, is substantiated. It is specified that the main ways of forming the legal competence of future economists are legal education and legal education and socialization in the legal environment of the higher educational institution. It is proved that the main goal of professional education is the training of a qualified specialist. The author considers the formation of the legal culture in future pedagogues, on the one hand, as one of the ways of humanizing their professional activities, on the other – as improving the quality of legal competence in the process of training specialists to this activity. The prospects of further researches in this direction are determined.
