Іmplementation of organizational and pedagogical teachnologies in the process of professional training of frontier guards in India

The topic of the article concerns organizational and pedagogical technologies in the process of professional training of border guards in the Republic of India. The aim of the article is to study organizational and pedagogical technologies in the process of professional training of border guards in the Republic of India and to analyze the peculiarities of their implementation. Methods of investigation. During investigation the author used a wide range of methods. The most distinguishing are the following: archival research, content analysis, generalization of scientific material, deductive method of analysis. Living in the Republic of India for a while the author used non-participant observation method. Results. It has been found that in the process of professional training of border guards in the Republic of India the following organizational and pedagogical technologies are used: microteaching, capsule learning, cascade learning, cross-learning, and peer learning. All the technologies described have a positive impact upon the process of formation of professional competence of future experts of border agencies. Novelty. The author was the first to investigate organizational and pedagogical technologies in the process of professional training of border guards in the Republic of India. Practical importance. Having found that there are similar social, economical and political tendencies as well as types of threats at the border in Ukraine and the Republic of India we have come to the conclusion that it is of vital importance to investigate the system of professional training of border guards in the Republic of India in details and reveal its innovative technologies with further creative implementation for training of personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
