The peculiarities of the influence of the educational and educational environment of the university on the formation of the professional culture of the future specialist have been substantiated in the article. The scientific approaches and factors of influence on formation of professional culture of future specialists have been analyzed. It has been emphasized that the educational environment forms the basis of the viability of any higher educational institution. It creates the conditions for the education and formation of the individual, to create the security and satisfaction of the basic needs of all participants in the educational process for their professional development. Factors influencing the educational and educational environment of higher educational institutions on the formation of the personality of future specialists are the following: the creation of a standard of social life, the active enhancement of the role of socio-educational effects on the formation of a student's personality within the institution of higher education; constructivism of the socio-cultural environment; activization of educational work. The basic directions of professional education, such as the creation of a environment of cultural correspondence in higher educational establishments; the provision of conditions for maximum and complete self-expression of the student and teacher in constructive socially useful activity; the stimulation of multi-level and multifaceted pedagogical interaction of teachers and students in different types of joint activities have been revealed. The features of educational environment of the Mukachevo state environment have been outlined, such as stimulation of future specialists to fantasy, designing, need to take initiative, invent, invent something new and focus on the development of students' creative thinking; creation of the possibility to search for the status of a student, rating of social prestige in social inquiries of the individual that is young people must not only create a worldview in the process of learning, but develop the qualities that allow them to identify their individual potential in the circumstances of competition, tenders, finding its own way of life success in the context of active participation in the democratization of public life, the development of market relations. It has been concluded that the university is a social institution, which provides the educational process and the real integration of different subjects of education. The decisive factor in the personal and professional formation of students is the understanding of the position of the teacher and the student in their interpersonal communication in the process of education.
