Model of formation of professional competence using imitative modeling

Abstract
The results of researches based on new mechanisms of using possibilities of simulation technology in regard tracking dynamic of forming professional competence of future master degrees and assessing а level of its formation have been presented in the article. According to the system analysis and pedagogical technology design in education, the main purpose of the article is to determine substantiation and creation of professional competence formation model with using of simulation technology. On the basis of scientific researches, concepts "modeling" and "model" have been determined. In accordance to a goal structural and functional model of professional competency formation has been substantiated. Attention is focused on possibilities to reflect predicting of professional competence development in the model. It has been proved that methodological component of the model is based on systemic, active, technologic, personal, contextual and procedural-productive approaches. The psychological and pedagogical principles that determine formation of professional competence have been singled out in the research. As a result of research the model is presented through logical, functionally related components of system. Components are combined into blocks that reproduce the process of professional competence formation such as, the target block, content block, organizational-procedural block and effective-diagnostic block. The content of these blocks has been analyzed and detailed, the mechanisms of their practical implementation have been revealed. The possibility and expediency of using simulation technology to form the professional competence of future master degrees has been proved by the results. It is established that during the empirical verification of the model the methodology for conducting training with using of simulation must be grounded and developed.
