Formation of business work activity and creativity of specialists in economics in terms of social and economic transformations

The problem of preparation of specialists of the economic profile that is business people, education of their spirituality, formation of moral and psychological desire for self-perfection, ability to creative search and acceptance of original decisions is considered. The urgency of the problem of the formation of business activity and creativity of the specialists of the economic profile as an important feature of the development of the financial and economic sphere is due to modern socio-economic transformations. The modern stage of society's development is a knowledge society. Under this condition it is important to teach a person to understand the meaning of knowledge, to be able to possess information, universal values. This is based on the expediency of broad humanitarian education. The urgency of this problem is noted in the research by many scholars, in particular, O. Aksonov, I. Zyazun, V. Kozakov, I. Gradually, in all developed countries, serious general psychological training became an integral part of the training of skilled professionals in economics and management. Modern managers of enterprises should know the theoretical and practical positions of the organization of labor manager, the forms and methods of building the entire mechanism of management of the organization. Professional psychological and pedagogical training provides the development of general and professional culture, creative thinking, communicative qualities of future economists and banking professionals. The prospects of the development of this problem are seen in the development of a pedagogical system based on the integrated approach of unity of basic professional and psychological and pedagogical disciplines with practical orientation, on the use of historical and pedagogical experience in accordance with the requirements of the present.
