Abstract
The article defines the conceptual and categorical apparatus of management of educational organizations, which is characterized as the purposeful activity of the subjects of educational management, ensuring the formation, optimal functioning and development of each educational institution, communication and education system as a whole. It has been defined that the concept of "educational organization" includes a set of ideas, goals, tasks, joint interrelated activities of people, hierarchy of power, the presence of structural units, division of labor, formalization of rules of behavior, interaction with the external environment and dependence on it, organizational culture and management. for the purpose of carrying out educational activities under a certain educational license. According to the results of the research, it has been analyzed0 the main modern educational priorities: increase of the population's reach to education; providing lifelong learning; equal access to quality education; strengthening the role of the state in ensuring equity in education; humanization and democratization of education; improving the professional competence of teachers; formation of state-state management of education; dissemination of information on the quality of educational services; effective and efficient use of education expenditures. It has been considered the basic socio-psychological requirements of managers as the main subject of economic activity. Himself: trying to use himself in work, to recognize himself in the results; one has a point of view on how one can improve one's work, one's organization; people like to use their significance; known for striving for success; successfully without imagination to be disappointed. Particular attention is paid to the achievement of educational outcomes through the types of educational organizations that operate within educational programs and educational standards. The influence of management on the implementation of educational activities in organizations is characterized. Educational tasks in accordance with the structure of educational organizations are analyzed. The importance of management for the activities of educational organizations and the educational process are investigated.
