Permanent professional education of Ukraine in terms of globalized world

Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of the problem of development of professional pedagogical education of Ukraine in the conditions of world globalization; the implementation of the idea of continuity of education (lifelong learning) in the modern functioning of the industry; revealing its impact on the development of domestic postgraduate professional education; outlining the prospects for its development. The conditions which create in the world educational space are capable to accelerate the development of human capital are analyzed, which at the same time will become a powerful resource both in ensuring the integration and unification of educational systems, as well as preserving the identity, uniqueness of Ukraine, in particular the traditions of its effective national educational system. The basic principles of development of modern system of postgraduate education of pedagogical workers are emphasized: humanization of professional training of a specialist; integration of science, technology and content of training; globalization as the development of scientific and technological networks that combine research centers, centers with learning enterprises around the world; cooperation of all participants in the educational process; intensification of implementation of flexible “multimedia learning technologies”; mobility in the provision of basic training, broad profile, compatibility(internationally relevant) qualifications obtained; continuity in the context of lifelong learning; creativity as the ability to creatively accomplish tasks; quality of implementation of productive tasks in production and in services exceeds the requirements of standards. It is concluded a person with noospheric thinking should become part of strong human capital, if the purpose of education will be the formation of a new generation of young noosphere philosophy, the basis of which will be the contamination of the highest values of a highly developed spiritual and moral society with optimally formed fundamental professional ideas of the individual. This optimality should be reinforced by effective optimism, purposefulness, cognitive creative activity, academic mobility of the person of the 21st century.
