Abstract
The article actualizes the problem of formation of professional competence of future teachers of pre-school establishments in the process of pedagogical practice. The article analyzes the scientific provisions of the competent approach to the preparation of a modern teacher, especially the concept of "professional competence". Pedagogical practice of students is considered as an integral part of pedagogical education, an important factor in the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of pre-school education and mastering professional activity, providing a deep combination of theoretical and practical training of future professionals. Modernization of the education system in Ukraine, its current tendencies, and the dynamic development of society determine the problem of forming the professional competence of future teachers who will work in fundamentally new conditions. Requirements for future teachers are constantly growing and make them take a conscious attitude to improve their professionalism and creating a professional. The problem of the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of preschool education in the context of the development of the national education system, modern approaches of humanities, tendencies of globalization and integration are becoming important. In this connection, there is a need to train highly qualified, competitive teachers who are ready to work in the new conditions of functioning of the preschool education system, ensuring the effective organization of the educational process of the modern preschool education establishment, creating conditions for harmonious development of children, strong foundations for their further learning and education. The purpose of pedagogical practice is to master students with modern forms of organization of work in the field of their future profession, to form professional skills in the minor der to make independent decisions during specific work in real production conditions. Prospects for further research in the field of professional training of students in the process of pedagogical practice we see in the search for effective technologies for improving the practical training of students, ways to increase its efficiency, improving the content in the context of the formation of professional competence.
