Methods and techniques of creation of educational product and their role in formation of managerial competence of future teachers

The article has described methods and techniques of creating educational product and their role in the development of future teachers' managerial competence. The process of case studies in the formation of future teachers' managerial competence has been analyzed. The managerial activity of a teacher was defined as a logical series of actions consisting of: diagnosis and assessment of micro-situation; planning, directing and diagnosis for current micro-situation, stating and decision-making, designing of action program, administration of decisions for implementation, control, evaluation and coordination of current and final results. There has been emphasized the importance of taking managerial decisions, which means goal formulation, setting the task for the subordinates, instruction on general direction and statement of the open to correction action program. Decision-making acquires specific characteristics depending on the type of situation and management activity environment. Methods of managerial competence formation have been distinguished: association and generation of managerial and educational ideas, modifications of brainstorm method (classical / anonymous / didactic brainstorm, etc.), method of morphological analysis, methods of synectics, expert (methods, intuitives). It has been concluded that Management knowledge reproduces the essence of managerial processes: administration psychology, methodology and theory of conducting control, modern theories and concepts of educational process administration, basics of educational management, and provides general managerial competence. Innovative changes in education that take place in the context of globalization processes require the creation of new approaches and application of innovative methods, in particular methods and techniques for creation of educational product, that is development of managerial competence methodology, which contributes to the formation of specialists of a new era.
