Abstract
The subject of the article is the analysis of the specifics and possibilities of using the andragogical teaching model in relation to people with special educational needs. Due to the transactional nature of this model, it is possible to take into account the specific properties of learning situations arising from the needs of these people. At the same time, attention was paid to the special competences of educators working with beneficiaries of education processes. Against the background of the concept of supported employment, attention has been paid to the complexity and multi-facetedity of the educational activity of job trainers as an exemplification of commitment to the implementation of social cohesion policy.
