Abstract
The influence of a physical education on organism tends to vigor, psychological background, character and development of work skills. Generalization of problems in child's healthy lifestyle education, that is appeared to be active and reliable way the children are upbringing, help build their capacity to adaptation, support of appropriate achievements which are realized by person for healthy active living. Healthy lifestyle education shapes good health. The teacher should make sure that teach child receive knowledge and skills, which are developed by different activities that are focused on unleashing the full potential. Amajorrolein child's healthy lifestyle has physical education that raising the movement activity. People that devote time for workout usually have better physical and brain activity than those who don't. Declining of the movement activity badly affects the health. School-age children are restricted in normal activity for physical, mental, and emotional health. The effectiveness of the development of power qualities of adolescents is determined by the systematic performance of loads on the body during training, nurturing the habit of children to regularly exercise. Maximum loads are used to develop strength that athletes can overcome at the moment. To consolidate and further develop their acquired abilities and skills in the future.
