Emotional culture as a component of professional training of future teachers

Abstract
The article investigates the emotional culture as a professionally significant integral quality of the teacher's personality. The essence of teacher emotional culture has been revealed; its structure has been substantiated and the content of its components has been highlighted as motivational, cognitive, action and behavioral, self-regulating, emotional and sensory. The functions of emotional culture of a teacher in pedagogical activity have also been covered. The principles on which the educational and cognitive activity of students for mastering the principles of emotional culture should be developed have been determined. The indicators of emotional culture of the teacher have been revealed, namely: emotional stability, emotional sensitivity and emotional expressiveness. The process of formation emotional culture is considered by scientists as a scientifically substantiated system of organization and stimulation of the active activity of future teachers, based on such pedagogical conditions that ensure the development of all components of emotional culture and quality in general. The psychological and pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the process of forming an emotional culture are: the orientation of pedagogical preparation for the formation of the need for the development of emotional culture; mastering by students the system of knowledge about the features of the emotional sphere of personality, skills and skills of emotional regulation of educational and cognitive activity; the inclusion of students in a humanist-oriented and personally significant activity through the application of personally oriented learning technologies, specially designed situations that contribute to the expression, consolidation and development of emotional culture; realization of the individual-creative approach in the process of formation student emotional culture on the basis of diagnostics of its component development; simulation of situations of joint activity of participants in the pedagogical process as active subjects of professional and personally oriented interaction taking into account the dynamics of development the emotional culture at the stages of occurrence, formation, maturity and transformation; creation of a favorable emotional climate in the educational process of higher education institution.
