Abstract

At the present stage of development of Ukrainian society is urgent involvement in processes of state citizens who are capable of a new approach to solving important social problems. In this regard, there is need to develop active and creative people, which in turn updates the problem of talent. Today in modern pedagogy is an intensive process of creating a system of education of gifted and talented students. Almost every school one of the major issues puts work with gifted children, and the main task of the teacher - the ability to identify gifted students and know what conditions you want to create for their effective training and development. Under the willingness of future teachers of elementary school to the development of intellectual giftedness students understand the integral internal personal education graduate educational institutions, based on lessons professionally important (psychological, educational, professional, methodological) knowledge, skills, skills, ways of life, gain experience and personal qualities, ensuring its effective interaction with intellectually gifted students from developing their mental abilities in the educational process. Summary of views of domestic and foreign researchers gives rise to define the basic components of readiness of teachers to students of intellectual giftedness: whole-motivational, cognitive, operational, personality and activity. The task of higher educational institutions is to educate future teachers such person who has all the components to have a high willingness and a sufficient level of severity, which is an important condition for teaching creative solution to all problems related to the training and education of gifted child.
