Abstract

Cultural-oriented teaching of Russian as a foreign language is the most promising in the modern methods of teaching in the National School and at the same time, it is a fairly complex system. The aim of the article is to analyze the qualitative changes in the field of modern linguistics, in particular, updating the social significance of the problem of forming linguistic and cultural competence as one of the conditions for initiation of the person studying Russian as a foreign language, to the values of Russian culture and the definition of the tasks that must be put before a technique of teaching Russian as a second language in connection with the anthropocentric paradigm. The need for treatment is motivated by the following provisions to this issue: 1. Lack of evidence-based cognitive model of teaching, lack of methodological problem elaboration of language and cultural interaction in teaching Russian as a foreign language. 2. Practical need to create a methodical system of formation of social and cultural and sociolinguistic competence. Under the new conditions in setting the problems of teaching Russian as a second language it is necessary to study deeper and more thoroughly the world (not the language but the world) of native speakers, their culture in a wide ethnographic sense, their way of life, national character, mentality, because social and cultural structure is the basis of language structures. The study of the world of native speakers is aimed at helping to understand: 1) features of speech use; 2) additional semantic load of a word; 3) political, cultural and historical connotations of language and speech units. In the process of socialization of the individual language is not only a binder but also as a prerequisite for all sides of socialization, as the development of cultural values and the development of a culture of language - it is a two-pronged process. In terms of bilingualism the horizons of socialization significantly expand, a completely new, often disparate cultural formations in the orbit of human interests are involved.
