Organization productive academic cooperation in the study educational disciplines

Abstract
The aim of the article is to study the possibilities of improving the conditions for communication training of future teachers as a subject of professional interaction in the process of development of pedagogical disciplines, which are studied in high school by means of technology, which is based on the axiological approach to training. The following methods have been used: the method of theoretical analysis of scientific literature; analysis and generalization of one's own experience of teaching pedagogical disciplines; observation, questioning, analyzing the results of learning activities of students. The author regards the problems of training teachers, which are relevant for modern Ukrainian universities. We consider the general characteristics of the academic group on the basis of which is to be formed a positive learning microenvironment of a particular discipline as the optimal set of objective and subjective conditions for its study. The author analyzes the components of the microenvironment supportive learning of pedagogical disciplines (substantive, procedural, personal and motivational-valued), investigated ways of their correction in co-curricular activities. The author highlights the forms and the methods of educational cooperation, which are aimed at optimizing the communicative skills of future subjects of professional interaction, provides research data on the effectiveness of the use of technology developed by the author of teaching pedagogical disciplines on value basis. The innovation is a characteristic component of the structural components of the system and the interactions between them. The practical significance of the results is to justify the use of teaching methods, which are built on the value approach,and to enhance personal-forming opportunities of teaching pedagogical disciplines.
