Psychological and pedagogical aspects of the acquisition of communicative skills by future teachers

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the psychological and pedagogical aspects of future teachers' communicative skills formation. The article analyzes the problem of the teacher communicative competence by showing essence and main features of communicative skills. Number of typical difficulties in expressing communicative skills of teachers had been highlighted in the article. Formation of future teacher's communicative competence of predetermined number of these psychological conditions: the level of need to communicate (predetermined educational activities motivation, the desire to contact a professional environment, awareness of professionally important communicative characteristics of a teacher), communication features in student group (intragroup intensity of contacts emotional satisfaction in the process of interpersonal communication, the level of understanding). Effectiveness of communicative training is provided by adherence to a number of organizational and methodological conditions: establishing partnerships personal and equal relationship between teacher and students; formation of positive, confidential atmosphere of learning; incorporation of ethno-psychological factors mentioned in the formation of future teachers communicative abilities; taking into account modern trends and development of the Ukrainian youth, dynamics of its value orientations, needs and motives for social and psychological development of students; improvement of the curriculums of psychological and pedagogical subjects in high school; psychological counseling of students. Communicative abilities of a teacher is the ability to build effective, efficient, focused, teacher communication with students, the ability to rebuild it according to the development of students, based on knowledge of ethics of communication, pedagogical tact and skill.
