Abstract

Parsly is a member of the Apiaceae family, with its antioxidant compounds, which are considered by scientists and researchers. Due to physiologically conditions, all varieties of the plant may not necessarily be seen in any geographically or physiologically conditions. Parsley consists of three varieties such as common Parsley with curly leaves (Petroselinum hortense), flat leaf Parsley (Petroselinum neapolitanum), and fern leaves Parsley with tuberous root (Petroselinum tuberosum). These kind of leaves shapes are related to the ratio of Apiol concentrations in parts which including Chloroplast while the Apiol amounts affect on the accumulation and number of Vessels. In the other hand the result of seed germination and seedling growth in P.sativum var.hortese were significantly increased in Iranian physiologically conditions and their seedlings showed a significant vivid growth. Seed germination in P.crispm var.hortense has been delayed in Iran and lingerie conditions in most of the seeds due to the present of a thick skin layer across the surface of the seeds, so one of the stress would be needed to overcome this condition, using exterior hormone growth. One of the easiest available way is, to apply Auxin that is a kind of growth hormone for plant growth. Whereas the Zinc Oxide Nanoparticle with its property that synthesizes the Tryptophan Amino Acid as a precursor to produce Auxin, this treatment is applied in 3 different amounts. The results show 3mM ZnO has the significant positive difference in the percent and rate of germination than control, also the morphological difference in treated seedlings have been seen including length of stem, longer root and faster growing up than control, especially the lamina of their leaves were more overlapping extended, thus this issue is caused the value of Apiol concentration in parts of Chloroplast in leaves are going to shape as Vivid form, in contrary in other treatments; 6 miliM and 12 miliM are going to lessen. These results in P.crispum are same and just this shaped leaves are usual in condition of Iran. Separately the Spectrophotometry analyzes display just one Varity in both of Genus P.sativum.var.h, P.crispum.var.h have the high amounts of Apiol because of the shape of leaves that are including the high value of Chloroplast, so due to this, the content of Apiol is in maximum dose for this Hortense Varity in the common Parsley. Another result from Spectrophotometry on treatments show that in 222 nm Absorption Spectra of Apiol, the high amount of Apiol has seen in 3 miliM, so with positive effects of treating in 3 miliM of Zinc Nanoparticle the content of Apiol is going up so in the next step by releasing the Apiol , it will be applied in herbal medicines.
