Abstract
The article deals with the syndrome of professional burnout associated with the activities of teachers of music education. The features of this syndrome are considered in connection with the specifics of the creative activity of music teachers for the first time. The purpose of the work is to identify the factors provoking the de- velopment of professional burnout in the process of creative activity of teachers of music education. As a result of the study, a number of factors have been established that provoke the development of emotional burnout of a music teacher and reduce the effectiveness of the educational process. Their elimination and correction normal- ize the psychoemotional state of the teacher, which will affect the results of professional activity
