FEATURES OF INTERNET BEHAVIOR OF RUSSIAN «DIGITAL NATIVES»: CONCLUSIONS FOR THE EDUCATION SYSTEM

The paper is devoted to empirical testing of the hypothesis about the prospects of using Internet technol- ogies for teaching representatives of the current generation of students. The author tests the widespread scientific assumption that growing up in the conditions of the total spread of the Internet in the life of society made contem- porary students predisposed for active integration of Internet technologies in the process of learning. Using the data of his own sociological research, the author seeks to assess how progressively the Internetization of the learning process in many educational institutions corresponds to the real habits and needs of the student audience
