An attempt to outline principles of methodology of modern researches of ethnic musikology is carried out in this article, in particular are theories of song paradigm and modus of thinking of environment and semiologic aspects of ethnic musikologists Sofia Grytsa and ritmostruktural method methodology of structurally-carrying out analysis of Mykhajlo Haj joins to that can be used in the process of research of ethnic music of regions of Ukraine.
