Abstract
The article analyzes supplemented and clarified the definition of choreographic culture based on the realities of the socio-cultural process and scientific thought of the present. Analyzed the definition of the concepts of ?choreographic culture?, ?сhorеology?, ?ontology of dance?. Defines the function of choreographic culture and its types, and the relationship to the Humanities disciplines and the arts.
