Staff motivation in the system of environmental stimulation of railway transport social responsibility

The article examines the role of staff motivation in the implementation of the policy of environmental responsibility in railway transport in the transformation of strategic environmental goals, the recognition of environmental and economic results by society and ensuring the effectiveness of environmental and economic activities. The traditional approach to motivating the personnel of railway transport in the environmental sphere is considered and the need for its improvement is substantiated on the basis of determining the modern environmental needs of business and employees, expanding sources of financing and improving the tools of motivation. The requirements and components of the proposed progressive system of personnel environmental motivation in railway transport have been determined.
