Procedural form in the mechanism of individual legal regulation of disputed relations

The article is devoted to the study of the procedural form in the mechanism of individual legal regulation of disputed legal relations. The approaches to determining the place of the procedural form in the structure of individual legal regulation are investigated. The paper substantiated the conclusion that the essence of the procedural form is implemented in a system that unites the procedural form and the content of activities for the consideration and resolution of cases referred to its competence.
