Theoretical analysis of the problem of creativity in the context of the creative character of professional activities

This article reviews theoretical and methodological research to clarify the nature, essence, professional creativity of teachers. The main attention is focused on the categorical analysis of human creative abilities in philosophical and psychological discourse. Qualitatively new aspects and approaches to the study of the phenomenon of creativity, related to the attempts of their systematic study and creation of theoretical models of these phenomena are analyzed. Philosophical and ideological, historical and pedagogical, psychological and sociological aspects of the formation of personality creativity in domestic and foreign scientific literature have been studied; an analytical description of the current state of development of the problem of formation of creativity in the process of professional training in pedagogical theory is given; its essential characteristics are determined. Analysis of a wide range of scientists showed that the problem of forming the creativity of the individual is relevant, because modern society requires future professionals to creative and non-standard problem solving, non-stereotypical decision-making, introduction of new ideas, avoidance of stereotypes in various professional activities. The issue of personality creativity is multifaceted and considered in an interdisciplinary context. In many modern studies of the problem of creativity, the separation of procedural, productive, personal and interactive approaches is used as the main way to analyze the theoretical aspects of this problem.
