Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the criminal law nature of the voluntary refusal of the accomplices to bring the criminal offense to an end and to determine the features of the voluntary refusal of each of the accomplices. It is noted that the greatest harm to the Ukrainian creation of the state is caused by crime, especially group crime. A significant number of criminal offenses are committed in complicity, which causes their increased public danger. The types and forms of complicity that form the degree of criminal liability of the accomplices are described. The concepts and signs of complicity, types of accomplices, criminal liability of accomplices, conditions of voluntary refusal to bring a criminal offense to the end are analyzed. The main characteristics of the accomplices in a criminal offense are given. Issues of specifics of establishing the responsibility of persons who have committed a criminal offense in complicity are covered. It is determined that a criminal offense committed in complicity has its own social and legal features.
