Abstract
The article examines the problems of the functioning of the franchise business model in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. The author analyzes the changes that have occurred in the global franchise market during the economic crisis caused by a complex epidemic and situation. The ways of solving the problems that have arisen are considered, examples of creative approaches to the format of work in franchise networks.
