Abstract

The processes of modernization today are conditioned by the development of society and cause a field of change at all levels of education. The changes have become an integral attribute of the functioning of the general secondary education institution and directly affect the satisfaction of the needs of all subjects of educational activity. Dynamic characteristics of change cause different reactions in teaching teams and force managers to look for effective mechanisms to adapt to them. Therefore, the problem of analyzing changes in the structure of different classifications is relevant and needs further study. This study is an attempt to substantiate the concept of «change» based on the achievements of Ukrainian and foreign management; in distinguishing their classification features, taking into account the theory of economic management and testing the analysis of certain types of changes in the management of educational institutions.
