Abstract

The topicality of the development of individual self-educational activity of a person in modern society is justified by a set of conditions: rapidly changing socio-cultural and socio-economic situations, innovation of all services of human life, globalization of major manufacturing enterprises, increasing dependence of career on education; rate of knowledge aging, expansion of information flows, increase of dependence of the person of success on education; instability in the labor market; constant changes in the status of many professions. Modern market conditions require the educational institution to increase the requirements for the training of competent, highly qualified, competitive professionals who will be able to compete in the modern pharmaceutical labor market successfully. It will be facilitated by the formation and development of future specialist's self-educational activities.
