FORMATION OF EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE IN STUDENTS

Abstract
The changing conditions of the modern world, the changing worldview of society, life activity, and human values determine the rethinking of development ways of the modern education system. One of the promising areas of innovative change in education is the formation of emotional and social intelligence of students, in order to use their thinking and make the right decisions in future activities, ensuring successful communication and social interaction. The socio-political and socio-economic changes that are taking place in Ukraine have led to significant changes in the perception of the world and of themselves by young people. The processes of searching for their own perspective in life, which would most correspond to their abilities and capabilities, and, at the same time, the implementation of which would allow them to take a worthy place in society in the future, are updated. In modern conditions, when the process of personal and professional development of a young person, obtaining the desired education, and subsequently working in the specialty, associated with significant, often unpredictable difficulties, the problem of the formation of life prospects in the period of youth becomes particularly acute. Knowledge of the patterns of development of the life path of the individual is a necessary condition for scientifically based management of the development of the ability of young men and women to build a real image of the desired future.
