Abstract

The development of communicative competence of the teacher is in the field of view of both foreign and Ukrainian researchers, because on the basis of properly developed communicative competence, professional habits and beliefs will be successful and appropriate professional activity of the teacher. However, the development of communicative competencies of teachers, unfortunately, is not always effective in the intercourse period of professional development. The reason for this is, first of all, the inexperience of the specialists of vocational education institutions in the practical aspects of this process. The urgency of the problem is confirmed by the existing contradictions associated with the inconsistency of society's requirements for personal communication and often low level of communicative training of teachers in a period of such radical changes in education as now.
