Abstract

Stress is one of the main problems of modern society. Physical activity, in particular walking, helps to relieve psychological stress, lifts the mood, energizes. Regular hiking helps in the education of organization and discipline. This article aims to collect evidence of the benefits of walking for physical and mental health for various groups of the population. The purpose of the work is to analyze statistical data, to study the dependence of stress levels during physical exertion and without it.
