Formation of soft skills in educators through the application of training technologies

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual problem of training applicants for education and the formation of future specialists of such qualities that are in demand by employers and ensure their competitiveness, in particular soft skills. The theoretical basis of the study was the study of domestic and foreign reviews, which consider the most popular skills of an employee by employers in the labor market. The need to conduct a study of the formation of soft skills in applicants for education and the development of appropriate educational and methodological materials for teachers was reflected in the participation of the authors of the article in the experiment of the regional level «Formation of soft skills (soft skills) of future skilled workers in the educational environment of the institution of professional (vocational and technical) education», which is carried out by the Department of professional and higher education of the state institution of Higher Education «The University of Education Management», the Chair of theory and methods of technological training, professional labour and life safety, Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University and other participants of the experiment. The publication presents the intermediate results of the first stage of the experiment: the search for ways to take into account the requests of employers in improving the quality of training of educational applicants and the formation of soft skills necessary for successful employment; the creation of pedagogical conditions for training educational applicants, in which the formation of soft skills is most possible, is considered. The study suggests that training technologies should be widely used in the educational process, which will contribute to better assimilation of educational material and, along with this, the formation of soft skills among educational applicants. Modeling of classes according to the cyclic training model of D. Kolba, features of the organization of training according to this model, and their structure is studied. The authors tested this model of conducting training for mastering program learning results, ensuring the formation of general and professional competencies, soft skills of educational applicants in offline and online formats.
