Abstract
The article considers the complex diagnostics of professional culture of teachers in the system of methodical work. The diagnostic tools of pedagogical experiment are represented, which include criteria, indicators and levels of development of lyceum teachers' pedagogical culture in the system of methodical work. Diagnostics reflects the specifics of the pedagogical culture of the teacher as a holistic education, concentration, unity and relationship of all structural components of the pedagogical culture of the teacher, namely: value-motivational, cognitive-praxeological, personal-creative and reflective. A set of criteria has been selected for the components of lyceum teachers' pedagogical culture in the system of methodical work, each of which has its own indicators. The criterion of the value-motivational component determines the value orientations and professional-personal motivation. The cognitive-praxeological component is represented by the following criteria: professional-methodical competence, professional-methodical skill of the teacher. The criteria of the personal-creative component include professionally significant qualities of a teacher. The reflexive component is revealed through the prism of the following criterion: the ability to professional reflection and self-development. Based on the analysis of the components, content of criteria and indicators of pedagogical culture, the levels of lyceum teachers' pedagogical culture in the system of methodical work at the stage of their professional activity are substantiated. Development and theoretical substantiation of a clear system of diagnostics of lyceum teachers' pedagogical culture in the system of methodical work create necessary preconditions for carrying out experimental researches, in particular, introduction of innovative technologies for the purpose of development of pedagogical culture of teachers.
