Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the transformation of religion and religious phenomena in the mass culture. The analysis of works of the post-apocalyptic genre, dystopias, fantasy is carried out, the characteristic features of the reflection and perception of the status, place and role of religion, religious phenom- ena are revealed.
