The role of the Interior Troops in armed conflicts

The models of relative position of area denial and search-and-strike forces, as well as the location of their formations which can be used in special operations aimed at localization and neutralization of internal armed conflict, are presented in the paper. The necessity of solving a number of urgent issues dealing with the tactics of employment the above-mentioned forces is grounded.
