Abstract

Pakistan's literacy rate is extremely low, and the situation is exacerbated in rural areas. Thus, both public and private sector authorities and institutions are required to examine the elements that can improve their performance. As a result, the goal of this research was to uncover the key characteristics that assist school administrators in improving their institutions' overall performance. This study randomly selected participants across secondary schools operating in Pakistan. A closed-ended questionnaire was administered to collect data through web-based survey. The structural equation modeling techniques (i.e., PLS algorithm, bootstrapping, and blindfolding) were used to run the analysis. The research findings states that knowledge management, teachers job satisfaction, and total quality management has a positive and significant influence on school performance. This study model explained 70.7% variations in the school performance.
