Conceptual provisions of foresighting the innovative economy development in terms of digitalization in the activities of business entities

The paper considers the essence of foresighting the development of the innovative economy in terms of digitalization in relation to its business sector, forms scientific- theoretical, scientific-methodological and scientific-practical approaches and justifies the tasks of fiscal and monetary institutions, recommends the mechanism of formation and conceptual provisions of foreseeing the development of financial institutions of the innovative economy in the context of digitalization in relation to the activities of enterprises.
