Personnel for the digital economy: the problem of employability

Based on the analysis of the scientific positions of modern researchers in the field of economics, social psychology, the main approaches to solving the problem of employability of carriers of the labor force in the conditions of the formation of the digital economy are proposed. The role of adaptations and pre-adaptations as factors in the formation of human resources in new conditions is shown. The attention is focused on universal and professional competencies in demand under the digital economy.
