Abstract
The article defines the behavioral variables that affect the competence of an entrepreneur in crises, gives a characteristic of the professional, functional, informational and communicative competence of a specialist in anti-crisis management, presents a system of anti-crisis competencies and determines their significance in the process of developing and implementing anti-crisis strategies of entrepreneurial structures.
