Abstract
The basic equation of gas pipelines has been improved, taking into account the dynamics of changes in the compressibility factor of natural gas along the length of the pipeline. Using the methods of regression analysis, a mathematical model was obtained for calculating the compressibility factor of natural gas by the conditions of main gas pipelines based on the GERG-2008 equation of state.
