DEFINITIVE ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPT «PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPING LEGAL COMPETENCE OF ECONOMIC COLLEGES’ TEACHING STAFF»

Abstract
At the present stage of development of socio-economic relations, the state cares about raising the level of legal education and legal awareness of citizens by improving the legal education system, providing access to educational services for various categories of the population, as well as by expanding forms, types and opportunities for education in all areas including law. Teachers of educational institutions, regardless of their ownership, play an important role in implementing these tasks as they form and develop the legal competence of students at all levels, instilling them legal values and attitudes that in the future should be transformed into conscious legal behaviour in various everyday situations and professional activities. This study is an attempt to interpret own definitions of the concepts «condition», «pedagogical condition», «pedagogical conditions of developing legal competence of economic colleges' teaching staff» based on the analysis of different approaches of Ukrainian scientists in order to identify and theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions of developing legal competence of economic colleges' teaching staff. Based on the analysis of different approaches of Ukrainian scholars the author's own definitions of the concepts «condition», «pedagogical condition», «pedagogical conditions of developing legal competence of economic colleges' teaching staff» were formulated in order to identify and theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions under which the process of developing legal competence of economic colleges' teaching staff would be the most effective and ensure the successful solution of the tasks provided by the National program of legal education of the population, educational standards and other legal documents in the field of education. Prospects for further research are to identify and theoretically substantiate pedagogical conditions of developing legal competence of economic colleges' teaching staff.
