Abstract
At the present stage of modernizing the system of higher pedagogical education, the teacher of general education subjects is an active subject of their own personal self-improvement and self-realization. Professional development of a teacher at the Vocational Education Institutions is a continuous process of progressive and humanistic forming personality, which strives for high professional achievements, progressive movement to the highest professional and personal level, which provides a holistic, effective transformation of competency experience by overcoming professional contradictions, lifelong improving professional competence, developing a new quality of professional and pedagogical actions. The aim of the article is to study the current features of the pedagogical activities of general education teachers at the Vocational Education Institutions, as well as to determine the features of the use of a set of pedagogical conditions, which have a special role in the educational process. Therefore, in order to use the powerful resources of modern digital technologies in the intellectual and professional development of intending skilled workers, pedagogical staff of Vocational Education Institutions, in particular teachers of general education subjects must acquire methods of skillful applying these high-tech teaching aids. These aspects will be included into our further research.
