Abstract
This study is presenting a narrative review of the studies that has been so far studied on data mining pertaining to enhancing the various functions of human resources. Various researches have been studied in the paper who have earmarked their presence in the field of data mining to enhance the various functions of human resources. A rising number of papers in the field of human resource management (HRM) show that data mining is a thriving new study field. The current study examines this research on HR data mining in order to reveal new developments in a methodical manner. Against the backdrop of this framework, relevant research contributions are found and evaluated. Data mining is still yet to be explored more in the contemporary field of HRM that is dominated by method- and technology-oriented work, according to the review.
