JEOPARDY ON THE THIRD POLE

Global Warming, a hot topic in the era of climate change, has a major effect on the Hindu Kush Himalayan Region. Frequent melting of mountain cryosphere is leading to many catastrophic events, which make it to the headlines every year, leading to major loss of life and topography. A hope still lies that a significant measure taken today by each individual as well a global initiatives can reverse the devastating effect of global warming on the rapidly melting Himalayan Region.
